CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life happens however please be courteous and call should you need to change your appointment otherwise there will be a 25% cancellation fee for no call/no show within 24hrs of a scheduled appointment. NOTE: Arriving late may affect your service time. After 15 mins, you must reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will be moved to the new appointment one time as a courtesy.
